FARM TO TABLE Pop-up at Piet Hein Eek

On Thursday 29 and Friday 30 May, we’re hosting a special FARM TO TABLE dinner in our restaurant. The evening starts at 18.30, and we serve the first course at 19.00.  

You’ll enjoy a 3-course menu for €52 per person. When booking, we ask for a 50% deposit.

The menu

  • Amuse: Pâté and Guanciale from Bonte Bentheimer, with apple cider
  • Starter: Asparagus with smoked bacon
  • Main: Porchetta with parsnip and pork jus
  • Dessert: Buffalo yogurt with strawberry and torched meringue
  • Optional: Cheese board with three farmhouse cheeses  

This dinner celebrates the farm-to-table movement: food grown close to where it’s served, with care for land, animals and people.  

We work directly with local farmers we know and trust:

  • Sengersbroek (Heusden)
  • Bijzonder Brabants (Deurne)
  • De Stoerderij (Son en Breugel)

They raise heritage pigs, grow vegetables in healthy soil and make honest dairy. You’ll taste it in every bite.
