A while ago our house was for sale. This is still the case, or rather, it is for sale again, because when the sale was almost finalised, it turned out that the family who wanted to buy the house actually could not live there at all. It was not a residential property, but a business residence, just without a business!
Fortunately the local council recognised this as a strange situation, as the property has been inhabited for more than 60 years. They decided to cooperate with us, as far as possible within the very strict regulations, so that, alongside the business status already assigned to our house, the plot was also assigned the lightest possible business category. It is thereby possible to combine living and working for almost every profession.
Meanwhile, we now have a good reason to move, as we have started renovating a commercial premises, close to the business, where we intend to combine living and working. Our green oasis, where the sun rises and sets, with endless possibilities, is therefore for sale once again. We have lived there for over twenty years and made it perfect. It remains to be seen how the new house will turn out, but we are sure that what we had was a dream. And we created that dream ourselves, so the new house is sure to be a success.
