After a completely virtual edition in 2020, this year we are aiming at a physical Dutch Design Week! If you would like to exhibit at our place, please do not wait too long and send an email to Pim Hoff: pim@pietheineek.nl<\/a>, preferably before the 30th of June<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please consider the following before signing up for the selection procedure (please note<\/strong>: there are some changes compared to last year):<\/p>\n

We offer the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exhibition units from 4\u00a0 to 20 square meters (or a multiplicity of this amount) in the events space and two large exhibition spaces of 75 square meters in the office space and 50 square meters in the workshop respectively. Both spaces are located next to the main entrance and fully visible through large windows. For more information and the prices of these rooms, please contact Pim Hoff directly.<\/p>\n

It is also possible to create an exhibition space outside our premises and\/or around the property of Piet Hein Eek. Please contact Pim Hoff<\/a> for further information.<\/p>\n

Reservations can be made by contacting Pim Hoff<\/a>:<\/p>\n

White: The unit is for rent<\/p>\n

Orange<\/span>: There is an option on the unit<\/p>\n

Red<\/span>: The unit is reserved<\/p>\n

Like the previous years the entrance is free.<\/p>\n

PR and communications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your name and project will be included in our communication, online and at our location.<\/p>\n

All participants are required to sign up at the\u00a0DDW organization<\/a>, in order to gain more visibility through the DDW organization (click\u00a0here<\/a> for more information and costs of participation). \u00a0<\/p>\n

You can also apply for the \u2018design rides’ and present your initiative free of charge during the DDW and gain more exposure. More information about the design rides will be available soon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

What do we ask from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the events space there will be a starting rate of \u20ac 90.00 per square meter (excluding 21% VAT).\u00a0<\/p>\n

– When\u00a0you reserve (and pay) your exhibition space between the 1st of May and the 31st of August<\/strong>, a tarriff of \u20ac 95.00 per square meter (excluding 21% VAT) applies;\u00a0<\/p>\n

– When\u00a0you reserve (and pay) your exhibition space after the 1st of September<\/strong>\u00a0a tarriff of \u20ac 100.00 per square meter (excluding 21% VAT) applies.<\/p>\n

We will study each application thoroughly and make a selection from the submissions we receive. We will, of course, do our utmost to let you know as soon as possible if you are selected for participation.<\/p>\n

You are allowed to sell your work directly at our location and no extra costs will be involved.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

We expect every exhibitor to be at his\/her stand at all times in order to inform visitors as much as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n
