SUMMARY:Call for entries Dutch Design Week EXPO 2020 - 17 to 25 October
DESCRIPTION:DDW 2020 continues! If you would like to exhibit at our place\, please do not wait too long and send an email to Pim Hoff: pim@pietheineek.nl. \nIMPORTANT NOTICE! Because of COVID-19 some changes have occurred in the programme. Please click this link for more information.  \n \nPlease consider the following before signing up for the selection procedure: \nWe offer the following: \nA unit of 3.75 (d) x 2.40 (w) meters with a total of 9 square meters (or a multiplicity of this amount) in the events space. \nIn addition to our events space (parts of) our second floor former Gallery space will be available for participants to exhibit. Here we rent units of varying sizes (varying from 12.5 to 25 square meters\, or a multiplicity of these amounts).  \nIt is also possible to create an exhibition space outside our premises and/or around the property of Piet Hein Eek. Please contact Pim Hoff for further information. \nReservations can be made by contacting Pim Hoff: \nWhite: The unit is for rent \nOrange: There is an option on the unit \nRed: The unit is reserved \nLike the previous years the entrance is free. \nPR and communication \nYour name and project will be included in our communication\, online and at our location. \nAll participants are required to sign up at the DDW organization\, in order to gain more visibility through the DDW organization (click here for more information and costs of participation). The call for entries at the DDW organization start on the 1st of April and will end in July.  \nYou can also apply for the ‘design rides’ and present your initiative free of charge during the DDW and gain more exposure. More information about the design rides will be available soon.   \nWhat do we ask from you? \nAs opposed to the previous years the exhibition space is limited so for this year we decided to increase the per square meter price a bit. As was the case last year in the course of the months the participant fees will increase gradually.  \n– When you reserve (and pay) your exhibition space before the 31st of May\, the usual tarriff of € 90.00 per square meter (excluding 21% VAT) applies;  \n– When you reserve (and pay) your exhibition space between the 31st of May and the 30th of September\, a tarriff of € 95.00 per square meter (excluding 21% VAT) applies;  \n– When you reserve (and pay) your exhibition space after September the 30th a tarriff of € 100.00 per square meter (excluding 21% VAT) applies. \nWe will study each application thoroughly and make a selection from the submissions we receive. We will\, of course\, do our utmost to let you know as soon as possible if you have been selected for participation. \nWe expect every exhibitor to be at his/her stand at all times in order to inform visitors as much as possible.  \nOpening hours DDW at Piet Hein Eek: \n\n\n\nSat to Sat\n10:00 – 20:00\n\n\nLast Sunday\n10:00 – 18:00\n\n\n\nOnce you have signed up and the application has been approved\, you will receive more detailed information regarding to exhibiting at Piet Hein Eek during the DDW including an official confirmation. \nWe expect from every participant\, after your initiative has been approved at our place\, to sign up at the DDW-organization.   \nInformation and questions \nFor further information and questions\, please contact Pim Hoff via the email address at the top of this page.
